    ADVERTISING POLICY FOR HOOFBEATS NEWSLETTER  -  Updated January 2009

    Rates are good for one publishing cycle for any option selected.

    Classified ads - Members can place short, one- or two-line  at no charge, not available for non-member of the ITA.
    The deadline for final text is five days before the scheduled mail-drop date. (Usually third week of the month)

    Business card Ads - $20; non-members is $30. Same deadline for publishing as the one-line classified.

    8 ½ X 11 flyers - can be inserted for $50 (member); non-member flyer placement is $75 (provided to ITA office by advertiser). 
    Provide flyers 3 days prior to the newsletter mailing - contact the office for specific date and number of flyers necessary for inserting into the newsletter.
    (Additional fees will apply if ITA prepares the flyers.)
    Leftover flyers will be available at the ITA office in Boise. As of January 2009, the ITA office needs 205 flyers.

    Non-members placing ads must be industry related, such as trailers, hay and tack, training, etc.
    Members who own a business or sell insurance or real estate, for example, may place ads for these businesses.
